Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bilingual Notary and Apostille. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including but not limited to notary services (in-person and remote), apostille processing, mobile notary appointments, loan signings, and document legalization coordination. By using our website, booking an appointment, or engaging our services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access our website or use our services.

Bilingual Notary and Apostille provides services to individuals and businesses throughout the United States and internationally, where permitted by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including situations where documents are incomplete, identification is invalid, information is misleading, or applicable legal requirements are not satisfied. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. While we strive to provide general guidance, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to understand the document requirements of the destination country or receiving institution. We cannot guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties, government agencies, or foreign authorities.

All services are offered following applicable state and federal regulations. JG Notary and Apostille Solutions is not a law firm, and none of our staff or notaries offer legal advice. We do not interpret, draft, or explain legal documents. Clients seeking legal advice should consult a licensed attorney.

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers such as Square. Other forms of payment may be accepted at our discretion. Once services have commenced, all payments are considered non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for services such as expedited processing, document printing, extended travel, translation, or shipping. These fees will be communicated before work begins.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) services are conducted using secure, legally compliant platforms such as BlueNotary or other approved online providers. The platform used may vary depending on the client’s location, type of document, or applicable laws. In-person and mobile notary appointments are available in San Antonio, Boerne, and surrounding areas, with travel fees assessed based on distance and scheduling.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may result in a cancellation fee or full service charge. Our time is valuable, and we ask that clients respect this policy.

Our apostille and legalization services involve coordination with state and federal authorities, as well as consulates or embassies when required. While we take every effort to ensure prompt and accurate processing, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by government agencies, courier services, or other third parties beyond our control.
