Our Commitment
Bilingual Notary and Apostille, operated by Joselyn Garrastazu, is committed to providing accurate, efficient, and professional notary and apostille services. Due to the legal nature of these services, most are non-refundable. However, we recognize there may be limited circumstances where a refund or correction is warranted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
Clerical Errors by Our Notary: If a notary makes an error (e.g., incorrect date, name, or missing seal), we will correct at no additional cost. If correction is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Service Not Performed: If a service was paid for but not provided due to our inability or error, a refund may be granted.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client
Changes of mind after services have been completed or documents submitted
Delays, rejections, or errors caused by third parties such as government agencies, embassies, or courier services
How to Request a Refund
Clients must contact us within 24 hours of the service date to request a refund. Please include:
A detailed explanation of the issue
Proof of payment
Any supporting documentation

Refund Review Process
All requests will be reviewed within two (2) business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and you will be notified of the decision.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days. Actual receipt may vary depending on your financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Bilingual Notary and Apostille is not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Document rejection by third parties
Mailing delays
Errors caused by third-party processing
Policy Updates and Amendments
We reserve the right to revise this Refund and Return Policy at any time to reflect legal requirements, operational changes, or service offerings. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
