  1. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
    – A clerical error made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, name, or missing seal). In such cases, we will offer a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
    – A service was paid for but not performed due to our inability or error in delivering the service.

  2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
    Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
    – Errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client.
    – Client changes their mind after services have been completed or documents submitted.
    – Delays or rejections caused by third parties, such as government agencies, embassies, or courier services.

  3. How to Request a Refund
    Clients must contact us within 24 hours of the service date to request a refund. Please include a detailed explanation, proof of payment, and any supporting documents. Requests can be submitted to bilingualnotaryandapostille@gmail.com.

  4. Refund Review Process
    All refund requests will be reviewed within two (2) business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the client will be notified of the decision.

  5. Refund Timeline
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days of approval. Actual receipt may vary depending on your financial institution.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    Our liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, document rejection, mailing delays, or third-party processing errors.

  7. Policy Updates
    We reserve the right to revise this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to this page, and the effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
